System Error/Issue HELP!!!! (SOLVED -THX)

I turned the Axe3 on today and something is wrong. The output 1 & 3 meters are maxed out and I’m getting zero sound from the unit.

I’ve tried:

1. Removing all audio, USB and Midi cables. Power cable is the only thing plugged in

2. Firmware installs. Went back to 1.18 and then back to 2.02

3. Reset system parameters

4. Turned all the output knobs down.

No idea what is wrong! Help!
