Synth block minimoog sound

I need to create a minimoog sound to use for the intro of Ridin The Storm Out by REO. I need to control the glide so it will play the low A at the up pedal position, and the high B at the bottom. Does anyone know if there's a patch made? I'm working w/ a FCB1010, using expression 1 and modifier on an external, but can't get it to sound right or start and stop at the correct pitches.

I think I have it well enough to do the gig tonight. A delay after the synth in the 4th row to make it taper out when the rythmn starts works pretty well. Will post a patch for FCB1010 users to try out. I guess others can adjust their controllers/parameters to suit. Happy Ultra user still. Thanks, Cliff!
