So I'm one of the many Australian Axe users currently patiently waiting to get my hands on an Axe-8.
From users who currently have one I'm wanting to know what the restrictions are on the unit accepting midi PC and CC changes from an external source.
Essentially I currently use an Axe-ultra and i have just started using our live backing track player to send midi messages directly to my Axe during live gigs so that preset changes, effects on/off, (inc looper) and expression swells are all automated and tempo synced from a single sequenced midi track.
Does anyone know if the midi capabilities on the axe-8 allow for all of this?
