Switched effects stay on in scenes

If I am in scene 1 that is, lets say just a dry amp and cab and I switch on a delay then go to another scene and then back to scene 1 the delay stays on. Is there a way to make it go back to the original scene without the added effects staying on?

On the Axe Fx the setting is called Scene Revert. You would set that to on so the scenes always revert to the stored state. I assume AX-8 has the same?
