Maybe this would work - if you only have one expression pedal and don't want to lose the WAH in the preset, maybe remove the Ext 2 assignment, change the Mix on that Chorus block (first one) to 100% and assign one of the FC switches to momentary to turn it on and off? Not in front of my Axe at the moment but may be a way to do it.
