Yep I agree with the OP -the solos are as good as ANYTHING that came out in the 80's obviously SP would not exist apart from all those shredders. I think the rhythm for Tiger Woods is as catchy and cool to solo over as any classic metal tune out there. The most recent CD is way too over the top for me tho. I can hang with Fat chick, Tiger Woods etc. but the old folks home and many of the new ones are a bit to 'shock value' and a not quite as funny. The music is killer tho. I actually have a copy of the Lick library 'Jam with Steel Panther DVD.
