SPDIF Lockup.

Hi all I'm trying to figure out what has happened to my FM9. I had everything plugged up like normal and my SPDIF's were connected as usual in my studio. I powered up and I got this loud but dark sounding distortion. I tried changing presets and nothing it had completely locked up and I got a message saying that in1 clip was going off. In order to resolve I have had to reboot but keep my SPDIF IN unplugged. The moment I plug it back in I get the same lockup and loud dark distorted tone. I am uploading my system settings and preset.

Thanks

It’s almost certainly a mixup in how you have your clock source set up. If you have the clock source set to external on your FM9, make sure the other device is set to internal clocking.

Thanks Glen my clock source at home is always set to spdif after testing it on my axe fx 3 somehow my Focusrite defaulted back to 96k so that was the problem thanks all is right in the world again.
