Some uses for an expression pedal

I'm mostly focused on using it for mainly two reasons.. wah/volume and maybe on off switching if needed.

It would seem as if the SP-1 would be a better option for my case then thanks guys! ordering mine soon!

OH! one more question... I've seen 4 different options and by looking at the mission eng. pedals they have an SP-1R that means what exactly?

Pretty sure R means reverse polarity. There is a switch on that model to change it. You don't use it with the axe fx so unless you plan to use it for other things you don't need it.
