Wish Some new amps? :)

I am curious about the Omega amps! Does anyone know what they are based on? As every so often we might be able to come close to them already with an already given amp that we just need to modify and tweak its deep parameters a bit?

Basically every high gain amp is

High gain modified Soldano circuit

High gain modified Marshall circuit

Seconded on the 2000. As for the JCM900, I grabbed this from yek's writeup on the JMPRE-1 amp model:

Brit PRE and Brit JMPRE-1: based on Marshall JMP-1

The Marshall JMP-1 is a MIDI-controllable rack-mount tube preamp, based on the JMC 900, Marshall’s amp from the ‘90s. Bands such as Def Leppard, ZZ Top and Deftones are known for their use of the JMP-1. (Deftones now use the Axe-Fx II.)

So, it actually is the JCM900. I play along to a few bands that used the 900, and the JMPRE, with some tweaking, is right there.
