I’m part of a band doing a Dire Straits tribute, and this is from our most recent gig. My friend and colleague is Mark Knopfler, I’m just told to be myself I’m playing through my Axe Fx, a Morgan Ac-20 preset, while the other guitarist is playing through his Kemperwhen he Changes to electric. Sure, he said it’s a profile of a Reinhardt-amp with some compression and delay. He couldn’t remember where he bought it. Sorry I can’t be of more help, I’m not well versed in the kemper universe. A big part of the sound is the guy himself of course. He’s been doing the Knopfler thing his whole life
