[Solved] Help with lower volume when bypass

Hello, I'm new to Fx8 (but I had AxeII and Ax8) and I'm having a little strange issue with default volume.
Config is:
Guitar -> Fx8 (output 1) -> Amp. Blank Preset - all default setting I/O.
If I set "true bypass mode" I can hear a certain volume level, if I disengage true bypass the volume is lower.
In the manual I read "A default empty preset should sound have the same level as True Bypass Mode".
I've tried changing Output Stereo to L+R or Sum, changing Input Pad and other settings, but nothing changes: I have always this volume reduction.
What could I try?
Thank you

yes, I've tried this mode, but the behaviour occurs with a blank preset too! Output 1 (pre out) left into Amp input.
It seems a 6db reduction.
I've tried to change the Input Pad and other values but nothing changes...

The PRE/POST configuration of a blank preset still matters.
But that's probably not the cause.

Best way to start is to reset the system parameters (Utility menu).

I just tested this, and the True Bypass level is the same as the non-TB signal.
