Slow Forum Page Response

This forum has been very slow loading pages lately. Also got a few database errors. All my other forums and websites are working fine.
 
I just logged in to reply to a thread, then went to the advanced page before posting. Then I had to sign in again?? First time that has happened.
 
That could be the "turnover" of the forum that seems to happen.
You'll suddenly have no new posts either.

So that could just be a thing of chance.
 
When I came to this forum,proud owner of an ultra, proud of posting,then I get the e-mail from admin and they said don't post any more .I was like shut the front door
Guess the email I was using was pinging back and forth,new email provider ,fixed problem
