Shimmer - Plex Shift Settings

Have a set at church tomorrow needing a pad or good shimmer. I recall Rosh Roslin had a video on using the Plex Shift Multi Delay but video is no longer up. Does anybody remember the 4 shift and detune settings recommended on the Multi Delay? I recall there was also a low pass filter after the delay. Thanks, Al C
