Shift button doesn't seem to work. Any other way to access Setup?

I'm just really starting to bond with my AX8, but the Shift button seems dead. Doesn't light up. I don't know how else to access the Setup menu, which I need to configure the outputs for my new setup.

Any hope or do I have send this puppy back?

Setup mode is one press on shift then one press on store. Have you done that ?

Yep. Tried that too.

EDIT: Nevermind. There's no green light, but it's working again.

Shift should light up, then once you press store it will go off when accessing setup mode
