What is the best way to connect axe-fx I I and a marshall avt 150h head ?

If your using it as a power stage then axe out >> Marshall fx loop return. Note on some amps I have found that there is no volume control so it defaults to 10!
The 4CM is if you wanted to utilise the Marshall preamp too (wouldn't bother personally)

You may also have to plug a cable into the amps input with nothing connected at the other end to get it to work. I had to do this to my VS100h to use it as a power amp. The fx level became my master volume then and work backwards. 10 the no sound and 0 was full noise.
