Setting up pedals on MFC 101

Ok I know this has to be simple. I'm a little confused after reading the axe manual and MFC 101 manual. If I want to control say the drive block on a preset with an expression pedal how exactly do I set this up? I want to hook the pedal up to the MFC. Do I have to assign the pedal input to an external controller on the MFC? How do you do that on the MFC? Also can I have the pedal hooked to pedal 3 input on the mfc control say the drive block on one preset and the wah on another?

wow, great videos! I just got my mfc and it really helped me. Can you tell me whats the difference between the mission sp1 and sp2? I get that they both use 2 cables out, 2 slots of expression jacks on the mfc and u can use the switch and the pedal throw in the modifiers for 2 effects? like your wah/volume example.
