Setting up MFC101

Hi guys,
I'm new to MFC101 as well as the forum and I'm sure that answers to my question are already somewhere on both forum and manual.
Unfortunately time is big issue, I got MFC this morning and tommorow is it's first gig already.
To the question..
I own Axe FX Ultra and for years I used Voodoo Lab GC Pro.
Questions about MFC..
I kinda figured a lot of what I need to get me through gigs this weekend.
My first question is about bank names.
Is there a way to rename those so that bank name is something like 1, 2, 3 etc.
I use 5 presets per bank btw.
Second question is more important.
On GC Pro, I had a possibility to scroll through banks while playing and it would not change preset until I step on the preset itself.
So if for exaple I play on Bank 2 Preset 3, GC Pro allowed me to scroll up and down to for example Bank 5 and presets from that Bank would be like on standby until I need them.
