Setlist Functions via MIDI

Hey all- Is there a way to control set list functions via midi cc? Really only need INC/DEC to be assigned to MIDI but can't figure out if its possible or not.

PC will increment actual # of preset just fine but setlist has presets in different order then preset #. So set list with songs 3, 15 and 36 will increment as per list where as PC INC makes 3 go to 4 and 15 go to 16 etc therefore defeating set list function itself.
