Send my presets to computer and back: All the values are gone!

A couple of days ago, I sent all my presets (Bank A) to my computer as backup, because I was going to go back to an old firmware to try something. Now, I have gone back to v9 and sent Bank A back to the Axe. Well, now all the values are gone! What I mean is, the blocks are there, but there is nothing in them. Everything is at zero, all the amps are the Bassman 59 etc.

What did I do wrong? I didn't use Axe-EDIT for the transfer, I used Bome SX both ways so I wouldn't run into any problems, but so much for that...

What can I do now? I'm not really keen on going through all my presets again, since there is a huge amount of work that was lost...
 
That sucks. If you want, I can take a look at the .syx file with a little tool I have to know if it's the backup that's the problem or if fw9 has a problem importing the data.
