scintillating patch trouble syncing. when does the pattern start?

I've been using the "Scintillating" patch on axe 2 and am sometimes having trouble with the effect's pattern starting on different sides of the beat.....it's a beat synced effect and I'm playing with a click, sometimes the pattern will start on the and and it feels like an off beat groove, sometimes it starts on a down beat...any good way to make sure the pattern STARTS when i start? ....and yes i'm playing in time, hahah!

I'm not familiar with the Scintillating patch but if it's something that has a Start parameter then you can tie that to an ADSR modifier. I've done this to start the sweeping filter in Moves Like Jagger.

its mostly the multidelay who creates the pattern, its time based (1/2 tempo) and had a fixed decay time....to get it more in sync you will have to adjust the decay time but basicly it just starts when you hit the strings

Do you have an idea on how to set it on the axe Std?
