Contact Fractal for your Custom Title
I usually launch Scene Manager when the cursor already is on a block and I'd expect Scene Manager to show that block's states. But because Tracking is off at default, the contents of Scene Manager don't correspond with the block that has the focus. Changing the default to Tracking On would solve that.
