After moving presets or saving new ones, you need to refresh the preset list.

Go into Manage Presets and click the refresh icon (it's an arrow in a circle).

Edit:

Post a screenshot. Again, you shouldn't be editing FC settings to get preset names.

Please read the Footswitch Functions Guide, it will help a lot.
 
Hello!!. I need a SAX sound preset and TRUMPET sound. Someone has any preset for this can help me?? With the SAX i´m very happy. THANKS I have a FM3
