You don't have to. It's already a preset.

A scene is basically 1/8 of a preset that you can program pretty much any way you want and then switch to a new, different scene within the same preset, with no latency.
 
I never delved into scenes, as I find that presets, generally, work for me. I am not getting sound from this downloaded preset; therefore, I figured that it wasn't working as a ore set, alone. Make sense?
 
There are quite a few Volume blocks, 3 I think, have you tried messing with those? Example, one is set to External 3, otherwise no output. Check the mixer also, all kinds of modifiers.

Glad you solve the volume problem, it's a patch with a lot of things going on, I have a switch on my Mission pedal that allows me to go from wah to delay volume control with the same pedal... It was a Bakkerman's trick if I remember right.
