Can the signal flow be a choice of two mutually exclusive mono paths starting right after the instrument input by using all mono effects blocks?

So one guitar would feed through the pre and post effects blocks with an amp in 4 cable method to one of the outputs...
The same guitar would feed the other path (same effect blocks) with a different amp in 4 cable method...

So the indidual FX8 preset could have either of the amp paths active by choosing whether the presets (or scene) makes use of the Left or the Right Pre and Post in's and outs. Perhaps by way of panning the blocks?
I guess I'm asking a lot of the FX8 ability to isolate the two in's/out's from ground loop issues

*****Or, instead of that*****

Can you use the Left and Right Post Outputs as two different location to send the signal path from the FX8?
Set it up like a typical 4 cable method mono with an amp and use the 2nd Post Out to feed an IR host instead of an amp effects return. So you can have your 4 cable method amp sound as usual and at the same time your amps pre amp and all the F8's pre and post effects all feeding into an outboard IR host and into a DAW or FOH?

******and/or can you:*****

Have the usual 4 cable method set up in mono with an amp but use the other Pre Out to feed a second amp that has no effects loop so you get the benefit of the FX8's pre effects blocks into the second amp without interfering with the first amps complete 4 cable method operation?

Hopefully with the ability to selectively mute the L or R Pre Out on a preset or scene basis as a means of switching between the two amps...
