Rocktron MIDI Mate Problem - Changing Patches

Hi. I recently got a Rocktron MIDI Mate controller and I'm trying to get it working with my AxeFx Ultra. I have watched the YouTube video and read the instruction manual. At this point, I can change patches, but I still have a problem. I'm hoping someone can help me with this.

The problem is that when I change patches, the tuner is turned on. So, for example, I change to patch 2 and the AxeFx changes to patch 2 also but the tuner is also on. I can't figure out why the tuner is turned on when changing patches. The tuner is assigned to button 8 like it it in the video.

Has anyone run into this problem?

Greg, when you change patch is the Button 8 light on or off? If you have the light on that means the preset has Button 8 saved on the ON position. To fix this you would need to set the patch on the Midi Mate. To do this switch to the preset deselect the tuner and then press the 2nd Button and then Store (these are the alternative values for the buttons i.e. has small text on them). I hope this makes sense.
