RIP Sinead O’Connor

Wow I was clicking through some stations a few hours ago and came across NCTU on VH1 Classic and sat and watched/listened to it. I had no idea about this news. The channel made no mention of it. I was taking note of how she cries some tears during the one section and seemed sincere. I was reflecting on how young she was…how young I was.

R.I.P Sinead

Wow I was just reading another article. I knew she was dealing with issues in the past years, but didn’t know how bad things had gotten. I come from a history of familial mental illness and multiple suicides within my immediate family. Also, have had at least a half dozen good friends end their life straight out or due to addiction. I’ve been there myself, but have managed to trudge my way to 58 years old. The present world condition is pushing people into hard places. If anyone reading this is in these places reach out and talk to someone you trust. Suicide is a permanent solution to temporary problems and crushes those who loved you. Don’t lose hope.
