RIP Dan Hicks

Bowie, Fry, Kantner, White, and now Dan Hicks. 2016 is not being kind to our icons.

Never walked away from a Hot Licks show without a huge smile on my face. Dan was a unique talent and presence who always brought humor with him to the stage. His concerts were just DAMN fun and the music was great. He will be missed in my household. Striking It Rich is one of my all time favorite albums. RIP Dan.

Saw him a couple of years ago and he and his current band were still great. RIP
