Before I scrubbed in to do a case this morning I checked: my FM9 was out for delivery to be serviced.

When I just got back to my desk I had 2 emails from FAS: the first, that my device had been received by their service department, and the second (an hour later) that it had been repaired and was being shipped back to me (with tracking number).

I am not worthy.

They definitely set the bar for customer service.
 
Fantastic. Similar experience with Slate Audio with my design flawed headphones. 6 hours from opening a ticket to getting a shipping confirmation.
