Replicating this MXR flanger/doubler effect?

At about 6 mins into the video, Michael shows how he uses the MXR flanger/doubler to a guitar solo. How do you think we can replicate that with a flanger or delay block? Sounds interesting!

Is that preset available?

Use the Chorus, which is the same thing as a flanger whose feedback is set to 0.
Put it after your amp and cab for stereo or in front of your amp for mono.

I did, and Leon's sounds like a delay effect for widening, but it sounds like there is more going on at the guitar solo isolated at the 6 min mark of the video. Not sure what it is..
