replace MFC MKI Switches with MKIII Switches ? Where to get ?

i'm curious if i can replace the Swiches from my MKI with silent Switches from the MKIII ?
If so what type of switches do i need?

From what I've heard is that the switches cannot be simply replaced as the PC board itself has changed too. I wanted to do the same thing with my MKII.

Retrofit is not cost efficient. Your better off getting a new one if you want silent switches and Faslink.
