Regular Wah in front of Axe?

Not expression pedal. I was wondering who ( Scott? ) is using a regular Wah between guitar and front input of Axe. I have a Teese Picture Wah I like but don't use all the time. Any problems using it this way?

The Axe-FX works really well with pedals in front... any pedal. So like james said, you should be ok (more than ok).

Having said that, you may want to plan on trying to emulate that Teese Picture wah of yours using the Axe-FX's wah models. You then get to drop the Teese wah, and have one less thing to carry. You'll probably think, "heck no, I'll need an expression pedal"... but the nice thing is, with the expression pedal, you get your wah *and* a million other things you can control on the Axe. Plus, you will get to share your wah settings for a cool Teese Picture wah with all of your buddies on this here forum (thanks in advance!).

I've used my Teese WOF wah in front and it does great.

I use a Fulltone Clyde in front of the axe. Sounds as good as it does in front on my matchless or '70 deluxe reverb
