Buy a second III and run it in one of the loops :) You could actually use 2 or 3 loops with the I/o blocks and do some complex stuff!

Normal is still a high quality. don't let words fool your ears.

wow! i can see why you've run out. 2 wah, 2 drive, 2 plex, highest quality reverb will do that. whew, that's a lot of things!

Probably but depends on your needs?
Do you make use of channels?
Why 2 Plex Delays?
Why two wahs?
Why two Filters?
A Chorus can be replaced with the Multi Delay.
Etc.

  1. The two Plex-Delays can be merged into one. You were only using 4 voices in each, 8 voices are available.
  2. The two identical IRs in the Cab block block are not needed. Everything up to the Cab block is mono anyway.
  3. Are you ever using both drive blocks at the same time (not in any of the scenes)? If not, you could make use of the 'Channels' feature.
Also, I had to turn my guitar down to about 1/4 to stop it from clipping! What guitar did you use to set this up?

Still at almost 83% with Reverb Quality set to 'Normal' (which is fine IMHO). This version drops to around 75% with only one Drive block.

@Moke with the save. I don’t think it’s always obvious how amazing it is we have people like him who hang out here and help everyone out like this.
i'm not trying to turn this into a money topic, but i have to echo this thought.

specialists could easily charge $50 for the time spent doing what he just did. and many would definitely pay that (and have).

just saying. there's a lot of value here on this forum.

And this, coming from a couple of the most helpful guys in this forum...

I'm often torn between being a good businessman, and a good guy. Unfortunately for my finances, good guy usually wins... ;)

I give away lots of free labor, even to clients..
But, I sleep great at night...:)

Man at 2500 bucks, get another one to run as just the amp in the loop of the FX one. 5k is a decent Amp/cab/pedalboard rig cost. I'm going to for sure get Ax9 or whatever it's going to be called, run it inside the AFX3 as an amp and controller together.

Moving this to preset exchange. It's kind of morphed into that...

Moke...you need to be canonized.

Edit: Also edited title, since it didn't really reflect what the subject was about.

Wow Moke so cool i will put that in all my presets and put them up on exchange
1) smart
2) U R so Right
3) I don't use scenes much so i have both drives ready on my gt22 instead of channel switching, and i have the same setup on my gt22 on all presets
Im using a CS strat with Texas special and dimarzio humbucker in bridge

I agree. This was part of my reasoning for the Wishlist item to store audio clips in the looper. So it's all self contained in a preset that you could ship off to someone for tweaking. No messing with DAW or anything. And I assume it would be better source material for the person doing the tweaking also. <end hijack>

Oh wow you want to store audio in the preset export? I can’t see that happening as it’s not SysEx anymore. Best to just record the DI signal and send it along with the preset file.

Btw The world would be a better place if we gave away our knowledge for free...
I have helped countless people with axe related stuff and have arranged axe meet & Greet in Denmark and btw we have another one arranged in January
