Recording guitar and fx

I've done some reading in the manual, and searching here. I'd like to be able to send my amp out dry from output one, and the fx only to output 2, so I can record them on a separate stereo track and mix to taste.

If this isn't possible, what is my 2nd best option? Thanks - Shep

Put effects in parallel of a shunt, 100%mix and send them to an FX Loop block.

And graphically, in your case, it looks like this:

input --- amp --- shunt --- shunt --- shunt --- shunt --- shunt --- output
..................\ --- delay --- reverb --- FX Loop

This sends your dry amp signal to Output 1, and the entire chain (amp + effects) to Output 2
