Even though my account is an admin I found this worked for me without needing the file. By right clicking and checking "Run as Administrator" under the Compatibility tab it solved the issue of constantly asking for definition updates. I hope this works for others.

So what strange ghosts should I expect to see haunting my AXE? I would be shocked if an updated AxeEdit version was released in the near week or so. Do you have the 11.02 version of the file?
