Will it just need a MIDI cable to the Fractal? Any MIDI cable? And that connects to "MIDI THRU" on the AXEIIXL? Does that handle power as well? If not, what are the specs for the cable I will need for power?

You'll need a bidirectionnal MIDI cable (that we also sell on the shop) connected to the AxeFX XL 's MIDI IN.
The power adapter is sent with the RAC12 with plugs for EU or US only. See earlier posts for UK compatibility ;)

So it's been 5 days since my I got my RAC12 and honestly I have not played my Axe FX II this much since...well...ever! It's kinda hard to explain but there's something so satisfying and inspiring having these controls properly at my fingertips. I love it.
 
The first batch comes to an end. Only a few units available.
Notice to users contacted, who were on a waiting list and did not order ...
Next batch in April.

Thanks! It would be great if you could post a pic or good diagram of the back of the unit--the only way to see it is through the manual where it is difficult to pull out and email. Most of the "front panel" guys like to see pics before they take on a job.

1.0.2 :
- Enhancements to knob value moves
- When clicking a switch assigned to a numerical parameter, you can now turn the knob to adjust its value.
(then click again to go back to the main screen, or turn another knob etc...)
- RAC12Edit : Added an option for the Alt knob (see above) exit mode
- RAC12Edit : Current page is now highlighted in yellow in RAC12Edit
- Empty parameter slots are nomore filled with a "Not set" string on the default screen
- Bypass parameter of every block is now handled correctly
- Fixed OUT MAIN not correctly updated upon scene change
- Page number is now drawn along the page's name, using yellow color
- Improved blocks name readability
- Fixed some functions were not working after a double-click action
- Zoom screen (when you turn a knob) timeout can be adjusted
- Popup window's timeout can be adjusted
- "Number pages" option is now also applied on the hardware


Just launch RAC12Edit, it should download the update automatically then flash your firmware if it's not done by RAC12Edit on next launch ;)

I've a look also on your website(s), very impressed by your work on pedals and amps mods.
Very pleasant to see how the afx and rac12 can link people with similar passions can refine and share personal links on joint development centers.

I just got mine & all is working well.
Question:
1-Is there a way to assign the push buttens to bring up a specific page?
ie: The BASS push button to bring up my page 2 (REVERB)
The MID pish button to bring up my page 3 (CHORUS)
etc.

No, you can actually only affect a switch to a next or previous page . But you can reorder the pages like you want with rac12edit

No but it's a good idea, will add it in next release ;)

Edit : I also added the MIDI CC ability previously asked
