Quickest way to find where cabs are used or unused cabs...

Wanting to clean up and rearrange some cabs but I have a fear as to what they are linked to. What would be the quickest way to find unused cabs or which cabs are used in which presets so as to redirect?

I believe the utility FracTool, made by @AlGrenadine can tell you what cabs are being used by what presets. I'm not sure if I remember how to get to that function but it is an option in one of the menus IIRC.
