Question for those using Quilter 101/201 a power amp

Sorry if this is a dumb question. When people talk about running through the FX loop of a quilter into a regular cab what exactly do you plug in where?
 
Axe output into Quilter's effects loop return, and Quilter cab out to cab - quite a standard setup.

Don't know Quilter's power amp specs, though - if it is regular solid state that doesn't color the sound, then you could leave Axe's power amp modeling enabled. If it's something fancy, tube driven, etc - you would probably want to disable the power amp modeling.
