I'm trying to use an Expression pedal to control the delay time, but when I lower the delay it returns back to the beginning. What I'm trying to do is recreate the hyperspace pedal which I've done before but the only way I can mask it is by increasing the feedback so it keeps going and I can change the pitch, but it's limiting and hard to do on the fly.
I believe the Electro Harmonix Echo boy is cable if doing this and also the real Echo Plex which I had at one time.
I also have the UAD EP 34 is able to do this.
I tried using the hold button, but al it does is hold the echo and it doesn't do anything if I hit the guitar.
I want to be able lower the pitch of whatever I play with my guitar with out the echo returning to the begging. I hope this make sense. Thanks
