Question about using outboard stereo effects with AX3

Wanting to use a Eventide h90 with my Axe FXIII. Mostly because I'm way to lazy to try to recreate all these algos inside the box.
I would like to use the H90 via something akin to 4CM so I can have effects pre and post amp. Question - when sending a signal from the H90 to the AXE do I need to run two ouputs in order to pass a stereo signal or will the Axe take care of splitting the signal into stereo for me?
 
Inputs have left and right and outputs have left and right. So one output with left and right is stereo.
