Question About Control Switches

When you have a group of mutually exclusive Control Switches you can only have one of those switches on at a time. My question is, if you hit a Control Switch that is already on will it toggle off? In other words, can you have all Control Switches in a mutually exclusive group off at the same time or does one of the switches need to be on?

Yes, all the control switches in the exclusive group can be off at the same time.
