I have a set of ER9's :
ACS ER9 Hearing Protection
I've had them remoulded 3 times and have tried -9db and -15db filters. I can safely say that they are not flat response. It takes all of the guts and feel out of what you are trying to play. Good points, you can hear everybody else (vocals especially) and muddy bass is cleared up. Brilliant if out front at gigs though. As a guitarist, I simply cannot play with them which is one hell of a shame. Also had my hearing tested recently and it's absolutely perfect. The company said it was hearing damage, but that's proven it to be rubbish!
