The Euro Über has been a model I have long fought with to the point I've left it alone. I finally got around to installing Q6 yesterday, didn't get to do much with it, but I was messing around with the Euro Red model getting a really cool tone. It seemed more alive to me than before, so I walked on over to the Uber paired it up with an Orange V30/Greenback combo from the OwnHammer Heavy Hitters collection and....WOW!
I don't know if it's Q6 that's done the magic (I remember CLIFF saying this FW is a big deal) or any of the last few FW's but it's on point now. It's more "raw" sounding and to me seems to be less focused (in a good way) and better represents my personal experience with the amp. I can't wait to get off work, rush through dinner with the in-laws and get the kiddos in bed to rock this thing tonight!
