Hi All,
I have searched the forum and can't seem to find an answer. I upgraded my Axe FX 2 XL+ to the new Quantum 10.01 firmware which seems to have made a negative impact on the Silent Underground Studios presets I was using (thinner tone, lack punch and bottom end - sound noisy and fizzy). Does anyone know if there are one or two adjustments I need to make to the presets to get them right again? It seems to be the same issue with the Austin Buddy Naked Amps tone pack.
Do all of these after market presets become obsolete when the Firmware is changed? I'd like to keep the improvements of 10.01 but if it makes all of the presets I have purchased obsolete maybe I need to roll the firmware back. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
