Bug? Property value doesn't track with controller

FYI I have an Ultra... and this bug seems to be systematic across all block parameters that are listed down the page (as opposed to the virtual knobs).

For instance if I have a multi-delay block in my patch and I slave the Level parameter to EXTERN4 which I drive from my MIDI foot controller, it always claims "100%" next to the parameter name, instead of the actual value that EXTERN4 is at (say 70%). I can see the controller is at 70% if I enter the controller settings for the Level parameter, but the main block parameter list is still at 100%.

I can't see how this is anything other than a bug. It's not effecting the sound, but it effects my day to day workflow.
 
I think someone at Fractal has mentioned that this is intentional. The numeric value displayed for a virtual knob doesn't change either, only knob position does. Possibly nice when setting a value to use with PC RST, not so great if you want to know the current modifier-set value.
