Program to keep track of tracks

All the forms, lyrics, tabs and other info, needs to be in a database of some sort. Anyone knows about a program to hold all info about a tracks, like BPM (with BPM indicator on screen), lyrics (perhaps with auto scrolling). Some fanzy program with all kinds of features in that relation. ?? Could be nice to have some sort of info on stage without having papers all around...

But can I get it fore my PC/Windows as well? Looked fore it but only some Google Play and App Store options which just gave me other problems (Google play - what the f... is that?)
