I did a session today and the guitarist I was recording referenced When Doves Cry intro guitar solo which is like a fuzz / octaver sound. For the life of me I couldn't get the AX8 even close yet I made a Guitar Rig patch within 5 minutes. I'm an experienced guitarist, tech head, engineer so it was frustrating to say the least. I'm loving the AX8 in general and recording tons of great stuff today but no matter how I set the octaves, the drive, the amp, the signal flow I couldn't get that sound. Anybody have any ideas? I sincerely hope it's user inexperience on my part! Thanks
