Not a Bug Preset won't go away after deleting or overwriting

I have a preset called "6 Blade Knife" with Kopfler tones. I have tried deleting it (there are six instances in my presets) and overwriting it with an empty preset or just a different preset. I have the latest firmware to date and yes, I did hit "save". After saving the new presets remain red, indicating they are not saved. This is getting really annoying... I searched other threads and didn't find a working solution there.

I have attached the preset.

Hi Stef,

Please say how you are trying to delete it or overwrite it. Are you using the front panel? Axe-Edit? Axe-Edit manage presets?
 
Is it just this preset or everything you try?
In the latter case maybe it could be a folder permissions issue somehow. In general (with any software) it seems this can sometimes happen even where you are sure it should not. Just guessing though...
 
I noticed a CPU warning in the preset. So i tried to delete random blocks in the preset, saving those and then tried to delete the whole preset. To my surprise, that actually worked! Thanks for your tips!
