Preset Program on AX8 and Morningstar MC-6

I've been trying to program my Morningstar MC-6 to scroll presets 1-8 on the AX8. I want the F button to scroll up and the C button to scroll down. I've been searching and trying but still can't get it to work. I'm new to MIDI so trying to learn as well. Thanks...
 
I don't have an MC-6 and their manual is pretty brief... But I did not see any reference to the ability to scroll presets. Really, what you want is a midi CC for preset increment and preset decrement, but I don't think that exists.

If those did exist then they would not be limited to only presets 1-8...

Just got my MC6 - Scrolling was the first thing I tried.
Some of the programming is not obvious.
When I get home I'll shoot you the steps.
