Power Cord question

Hey guys, so I got a question about compatible power cords. I recently got a new soft rack case, but when I close the back I'm not able to keep the power cord plugged into the back of the axe and into my power conditioner. So in order to solve this I ordered a AC cord that was left angled and now it fits like a glove. However I looked at the rating prior to turning it on and the rating is 10A 125V which is different than the original cord which is 10A 250V. So my question is: Am I safe to use this cord? Anyone got some electrical background or if even Cliff can chime in on this?

Thank you in advance guys!! :)

You're fine. Just don't try to use it overseas, most other countries in the world use 220v. The axe has an auto-switching power supply and can deal with either, and the cable that comes with it is rated to handle overseas voltages.

The Axe 2 uses less than 40 watts of power. At 120 volts that is a max of about 0.3 amps. Your cable is rated for 10 amps so it is more than capable.
