Power amp volume drop help

Hey can anyone tell me why my amps volume drops. It goes down then back up again. I don't know if its a tube issue or something else
 
Glowing tubes? (Red plate?)
Flickering tubes?

Odds are one of your preamps tubes is on its way out or you have a faulty phase inverter. As long as there is no smoke or pungent smell -- odds are it is a preamp tube.

If it is not a tube then it could be more serious requiring a tech to look at it (could be preamp cathode resistor or a solder that has gone bad or a filter cap .. etc etc etc etc)

I would start with the tubes --
